I saw on DHA’s web site they are charging 12% levy on Sector C,D and E. I am wondering 12% on what value of the plot. Let’s say someone own 500sqy, so how much levy or surcharge someone has to pay.

My understanding is that DHA ran out of funds, so they came up with this development surcharge for developing those sectors, which is fine with me but still need to know how 12% will be calculated.
