Breath Body Mind Workshop with Dr. Bilal Ahmed at T2F

A one-day, walk-in workshop!

Tap into the innate wisdom of your body through breath and movement through ancient practices that have been scientifically verified by modern neuroscience. These practices improve emotion regulation; resilience to stress, anxiety, PTSD, attention; and optimize cognitive function and behavior.

Breath-Body-Mind practices (BBM) are easy to learn, do not require any prior experience and can be used anywhere, including at home or office, healthcare facilities, or in school, in order to feel calmer and more focused.

About the Instructor:
Bilal Ahmed is a medical doctor(MBBS) by profession with a special interest in mental health and mind-body medicine. He is a certified Level 1 Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) teacher and has assisted workshops in the US, including at the Kripalu institute for Yoga and has been studying various mind-body practices.


  • Participants are advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle with them.
  • It is also preferable to bring your own yoga mat.
