Constellations: A Performance Art Piece Written by Nick Payne

One relationship. Infinite possibilities. ‘Let’s go for a drink. I don’t know what I’m doing here anyway. One drink. And if you never want to see me again you never have to see me again’. Nick Payne’s “Constellations” is a play about free will and friendship; it’s about quantum multiverse theory, love and honey. The play will be performed in an unconventional way, and aims to bring something new to Karachis creative scene. The performance will be an immersive experience for the audience members. It will showcase a reading of the play. From time to time the actors will also physically perform the play. After the performance there will be a Q & A session, and the floor will be open to a live discussion with the audience about the text itself, its impact on the performers and the importance of experimental performances within Karachi’s art scene.
