DA Public School (O’ & A Levels) Organized its Annual Function at DA Degree College for Women Phase-VIII

DA Public School (O’ & A Levels) organized its Annual Function at DA Degree College for Women Phase-VIII auditorium. Mr Christopher Hunt, Director British Council for Sindh and Baluchistan was the chief guest and Begum Administrator DHA Brig Shahid Hasan Ali, was guest of honour on the occasion.

The programe was innovatively conceived on a theme that was inter woven on the fabric of our galaxy, adorned by cultural richness from various countries, down to the individual needle work of personal emotions. Principal Mr Junaid Farrukh in his address highlighted the academic and co-curricular achievements of the students.

The Primary Section students made an exhilarating performance which was picturesque impersonation of the solar system. The Junior Section performed an act was a rich improvision of Spain’s culture, art, music and dance. The Middle School Section presented a tutorial on living an enlightened life, by dropping the “E” out of ego to save rove and to move on. The fourth act was a musical performance of the song ‘heal the world. The Senior Section presented ‘the golden lotus’ which was a sensuous description of China’s exuberant history of art, culture and literature.

The Chief Guest Mr Christopher Hunt appreciated the fantastic performance of students for presenting a wonderful variety programme. He also congratulated the ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels students for their brilliant results in Cambridge Exam.

At the end the Chief Guest gave away prizes to students for their excellent performance in academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. He was also presented with a 3D model of the iconic Karachi Port Trust Building made by students of DA Public School (O & A Levels).
