Dance, Heart and Mind: Workshop with Suhaee Abro – March 2019

Let’s open our bodies, hearts, and minds and dance it all away!
Registrations are open for a two-day workshop with critically acclaimed dancer Suhaee Abro.

Abro’s ‘Dance, Heart, and Mind’ workshop involves elements of dance therapy and aims to provide relief in an age where we are often lead by negative thoughts, fears, and a lack of self awareness, self love and self respect. The workshop does not require any prior dance experience.
