    Its a good and healthy development for general public.

    Yes for sure the prices will sharply go down now but later on it will pick up once rest of the infrastructure is being developed. Good luck DHA. Well done.

    yes prices already going down sharply.But well done DHA its chance for more people to try luck in next balloting as both Bahria and DHA city phase I prices are too high for new entrants, many buyers will now wait for new balloting rather than entering DHA market at this level.

      Since Bahria Town have already arrived in Karachi, so DHA will have to work faster, Other wise all the investment will go to Bahria Town Karachi.

      The Bahria Town Karachi is also almost of same size of DHA City.

      BTK provides a lot of open spaces, more beautiful planning, more closer to karachi and quality of infrastructure.

    Agree, the price for phase 1 will go down as the balloting for phase 2 starts. I would probably wait until balloting for phase 2 starts before investing in DCK.

    How much should we expect in settled price for phase 1 and 2 after the phase 2 balloting?

    I am guessing that phase 1 would be around 15-20 lac for 350 sqft.

    And around 10-15 lac for phase 2 for 350 sqft.

    Are my estimations correct? Please let me know.
