I feel the plot owner like me wish to visit the site and see their property. I think middle class owner dont want to sell plot if he get the opportunity to live in a community like DHA if the DCK authority shows the frequent progress and make the project liveable in 2015-16.

  2. asif says:

excellent update! this will surely work in stabilising the dha city market and increase investors’ confidence.

  3. Salman says:

Great news that red, yellow or green zones are no more now..

  4. Raheel says:

Does the ‘premium prices’ reports circulating mean that person interested in buying a plot would have to pay that premium on top of what already has been paid by the seller to the DHA? I am so glad Pakistan Real Estate community has finally dropped the stupid ‘on/own’ terminology.

  5. Kainat says:

I read somewhere that DCK has area(s) allocated for low-cost housing units. DCK management should try to benefit from Prime Minister’s recently announced incentive package for low-cost housing schemes.
Here’s the link to the news item: http://tribune.com.pk/story/640263/builders-developers-upbeat-after-pms-incentive-package/

  6. Raheel says:

Even though the DCK has stated numerous times that previously provided (red, yellow, green) zones are no longer valid with respect to their completion time. I believe the Real Estate Agents community won’t let go of this fact. It benefits them being able to sell the Red zone land for more than what something in green zone might sell for.

  7. ahmad says:

Now i would prefer to buy in other than red zone, since the red/yellow/green are gone. The prices in all the zones will average out. This is a good initiative to attract serious buyers who will live there. It will help city to develop faster and grow quickly and it should be ensuerd the geniune buyers are not robbed by???

  8. Imran says:

Who will upload the latest price trends for the month of December, 2014? Hello management, please do the needful if still some thing is on in this project.

  9. Ajaz Uddin says:

What are the prices of DHA City Plots in ‘F’ catagory?

  10. Khwaja Aftab Shah says:

I have a question. If Project Director DHA City says that there is no difference between any sector and all will be developed by 2020, than why Real Estate agents divided DHA city into different zones of Red, Yellow and Green. Please any person could explain…
