Civilian Category

The number of transaction has been increased recently and OWN money price also increased, the reason behind this increase is the balloting date expected in December 2012 this year and the real buyer is in the market, specifically the 500 yards plot own money inclined and the difference between 200 and 500 yards price is going to shrink. This is the positive sign and maybe this difference of price will be completely change and the prices of 500 yards plot will be higher than 200 yards plot in coming future.

In civilian categories, price range for OWN Money is as follows:


  • 200 Square Yards: 650,000~675,000
  • 300 Square Yards: 675,000~700,000
  • 500 Square Yards: 775,000~800,000
  • 1000 Square Yards: 350,000~400,000
  • 2000 Square Yards: 150,000~200,000


  • 200 Square Yards: 350,000~400,000
  • 300 Square Yards: Cost~Cost
  • 500 Square Yards: Cost~Cost
  • 1000 Square Yards: Not Available
  • 2000 Square Yards: Not Available

Army Category

In army category the official price is almost 50% less as compared to civilian category price and OWN Money calculate according to prevailing civilian price structure of OWN Money, and payment plan is based on 20 years installment. These files are not available all the time in all sizes, and the price is not fixed.

One very important point is that because of lower official price of the plot, the OWN Money is higher and buyer have to pay more amount upfront. Mostly files which are traded of civilian category and the other categories price is based on civilian category OWN Money plus actual price.

Staff Category

In staff category, full paid file (Benefit File) is available in following sizes. These files are allotted to the staff of DHA free of cost and the price is total OWN Money:


  • 200 Square Yards: 13.5 lacs ~ 14.5 lacs
  • 300 Square Yards: 18 lacs ~ 19 lacs
  • 500 Square Yards: 25 lacs ~ 26 lacs

Note: Mostly files traded in the size of 200, 300 and 500 square yards. It does not mean that other categories are not available, but normally these sizes are traded and are available for sale and people are ready to buy files of these sizes. Other large plot may be allotted in balloting but not available frequently in the market.
