Note: The below mention plot prices are total accumulated prices and as DCK plots are sold on installment basis, so the remaining installment will be deducted from the full price at the time of full payment. Remaining installment could vary in different categories of plot and also could vary on individual client basis, some paid up to date and some paid less installments. This price means the total plot cost after making the full payment including all the remaining installments.

Full Paid = Booking Price + ON Amount

Price range varies according to Sectors and Sub-sectors. Map issued sectors will also follow the particular Location, Corner/Non-Corner, Small/Big Roads, Park Facing, Gola Plot, Commercial Facing etc. Below mention prices are subject to change any time according to their demand & supply and price can be changed either side in the open market, depend on the volatility of the market. And there is no guarantee of any kind of price variation.

    1st Step is to register yourself in ARY Laguna its amount is 16,500 which is standard for every product and after successfully done with balloting then you can select next step in which you want to book apartment/villa/shop etc.

    PKR 16,500/- is the registration amount in case if you are unsuccessful in balloting then 10,000 amount is refundable.

    Documents Requirement:-
    2 CNIC Copies of Applicant
    2 Passport Size Photographs of Applicant
    1 Nominee/Next of Kin CNIC

    Once they reach the bench mark they will stop registering and announce balloting date

    16,500 is required now along with the documents mentioned above for registration once its successfully done then next step will be taken which is necessary and standard for every product like apartment/villa/shop which will be booked after getting successful in balloting.
