Market continues with the same trend as in the month of July 2013. Market moved on higher side. Though volume wise it was dull and not many transaction witnessed because of less working hours in the Holy Month of Ramadan and whenever the price become higher the transaction volumes going lower.

Prices of plots are continuously increasing and it looks like that after Eid it will continue this trend. We will see the price which was never seen before and even never assumed before. And simply it will be out of reach for a common man, though prices at this stage are also out of reach, but it may further go up.

As mentioned earlier that for the movement of market the main factor is positive cycle, if the overall market trend is positive, many negative factor cannot stop the market move and once the market is in negative trend many positive news could not move market in positive side.

1. Zone A

Residential:

  • 500 Yards – 29 to 33 million
  • 600 Yards – 30 to 34 million
  • 666 Yards – 32 to 35 million
  • 1000 Yards – 38 to 50 million
  • 2000 Yards – 80 to 100 million

Commercial:

  • 100 Yards – 22 to 60 million
  • 200 Yards – 42 to 120 million

2. Zone B

Residential:

  • 100 Yards – 9 to 9.5 million
  • 120 Yards – 11 to 11.5 million
  • 150 Yards – 14 to 14.5 million
  • 500 Yards – 22 to 28 million
  • 1000 Yards – 42 to 48 million

3. Zone C

Residential:

  • 500 Yards – 19 to 22 million
  • 1000 Yards – 32 to 37 million

Commercial Business Zone:

  • 333, 666, 1000, 1500, and 2500 Yards and few are bigger than this, the price of land here is 250,000/= to 350,000/= per square yard.

4. Zone D

Residential

  • 500 Yards – 16.5 to 18.5 million
  • 1000 Yards – 30 to 35 million
  • 2000 Yards – 60 to 65 million

5. Zone E

Residential:

  • 500 Yards – 17.5 to 20 million
  • 1000 Yards – 30 to 35 million
