In the month April 2013 market moved on higher side and continued the trend of last month. Many people assumed that April would be dull and no major activity will be made because of General Election 2013 but as I mention earlier that for the movement of market the main factor is positive cycle. If the overall market trend is positive, many negative factors cannot stop the market move. On the other hand if the market is in negative trend, many positive news could not move market in positive side.

Now after the General Elections 2013 everything looks more positive besides the Karachi position. Over all it was a good election and many other things besides Real Estate will be moving towards positive side. Insha’Allah!

  • 500 Yards – 23 to 26 million
  • 600 Yards – 24 to 27 million
  • 666 Yards – 25 to 28 million
  • 1000 Yards – 31 to 40 million
  • 2000 Yards – 64 to 80 million

Commercial:

  • 100 Yards – 17 to 32 million
  • 200 Yards – 32 to 68 million

2. Zone B

Residential:

  • 100 Yards – 7.4 to 7.6 million
  • 120 Yards – 8.5 to 8.8 million
  • 150 Yards – 10.5 to 11.5 million
  • 500 Yards – 17.5 to 22 million
  • 1000 Yards – 35 to 40 million

3. Zone C

Residential:

  • 500 Yards – 15 to 17.5 million
  • 1000 Yards – 25.5 to 27.5 million

Commercial Business Zone:

  • 333, 666, 1000, 1500, and 2500 Yards and few are bigger than this, the price of land here is 200,000/= to 250,000/= per square yard.

4. Zone D

Residential

  • 500 Yards – 13 to 14.5 million
  • 1000 Yards – 23 to 26 million
  • 2000 Yards – 45 to 48 million

5. Zone E

Residential:

  • 500 Yards – 14.5 to 16.5 million
  • 1000 Yards – 26 to 28 million
  • 2000 Yards – 50 to 56 million

Commercial:

  • 100 Yards – 10 to 18 million
  • 200 Yards – 18 to 45 million

6. Phase VIII-Extension (Sahil Streets)

Residential:

  • 300 Yards – 12 to 15 million
  • 500 Yards – 14 to 17.5 million

Commercial:

  • 100 Yards – 13 to 22.5 million
