    Hello Mr. Muhammad Shafi Jakvani, i would like to add some more prediction about future prices of DHA Karachi Phase 1 to 8, I think once DHA all phases 1 to 8 construction permission will be allowed and almost all DHA developed there will be a new era of rise in the house prices, because when there will be no longer land available to built the house the price of the built property will automatically go sky-high, because DHA is always been in very high demanded area to purchase houses and land as compare to the rest of the Karachi city, once there will be no availability against the demand the prices will shot up very high automatically with no limitation.

      Do you think that construction of houses on all 43000 plots are possible in next 20 to 30 years. The construction of houses on all plots is still not finished in DHA Karachi even after almost 33 years.
