    I was there from 12 to 7. Balloting for women did not begin till after three for women, and even then very slowly (probably to discourage them with the hope they would leave.)Only 2 women agents were there for hundreds of female voters. My turn to cast my vote finally came at 6, after i’d been standing since 12. A young girl numbered our hands to ensure lines and sequence were retained. Water and snacks were shared but NO ONE left regardless of the heat, frustration…..rather a silent determination to cast ones vote.
