Interviewing Skills Workshop is going to be held at Pakistan Society for Training & Development on Saturday, 16th November 2013. Interviewing Skills Workshop aims to give the delegate’s skills required to attend interviews with confidence and control. The delegate’s will learn how to plan for their interview, how to deal with fear and stress, communicate well face to face and develop strategies to create a positive approach.

Kashif brings progressive experience of over 20 years. He has done his MBA from U.S.A . He has worked with State Bank of Pakistan and Civil Aviation Authority as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to working in Pakistan he successfully worked in high pressured work environments in companies like Accenture and Textron (USA) with successful project and program launches. He has demonstrated the ability to lead Human Resource department and have worked on various change initiatives.
He has over 10 years of progressive management experience with SOLID successes in HR and IT development initiatives. He currently works as CEO and also a Lead Trainer at Skill Excellence where he facilitated various HR teams at client organizations and has coached several professionals in interviewing skills, resume building skills and life coaching skills.
Shahma Zahid has extensive experience of 12 years, spanning 3 different countries with special emphasis on Human Capital Management, Learning & Development and Global Mobility Specialization.
She holds M.B.A and MHRM Degrees and Certification in Global Mobility Specialization . She is also one of the youngest Human Resources Specialist to be nominated by the Governor of Central Bank of Pakistan as a member of Human Resources – Banking HR Policy Review Group.
She is a big believer in giving back to community and has served as a Member of the Board for different non- for profit organizations in Canada.
