Adjutant General, Lt Gen Zamir-ul-Hassan Shah visited DHA City Karachi (DCK) project site on 14th March, 2014. Administrator DHA Brig Muhammad Abdullah was also present on the occasion. DCK is one of the largest and most modern mega residential project being developed by DHA.
Administrator DHA Brig Muhammad Abdullah briefed the Adjutant General about the salient features of the project and the ongoing infrastructure development work.
Adjutant General visited various sectors of the project, where Project Director DCK, Brig Muhammad Rafique and Project Consultant, Mr Arif Osmani briefed him about the details of the ongoing development work. He was apprised that the development projects initiated under the Immediate Action Plan have almost been completed while the infrastructure development work including major road works have started in different sectors to make DCK livable by 2016.
The Adjutant General appreciated the progress of the work as per stipulated time line and expressed that the development on the project substantiated the credibility of DHA in the field of housing and development in the country. He also said that it was reassuring that DHA was developing the new project in a way that would ensure provision of state-of-the-art living, working and recreational experience to its residents.
