DHA Karachi Phase VIII spread over huge land, and for the development purpose (portions wise), it has been divided into different zones. Like A, B, C, D, E, and Phase 8 Extension also known as Sahil Streets.

In the Zone B of Phase VIII, there is one specific area for the smaller plots known as Staff Category Plots. In this area all the plots are of smaller size like 100, 120 and 150 Square Yards. The construction permission was allowed in April 2011 for Zone-B. Not many houses are constructed and even occupancy ratio is even more less.
